Working with Keep Britain Tidy

DC Research were commissioned by Keep Britain Tidy to investigate links between local environmental quality and economic development.

DC Research was appointed by the environmental charity EnCams (Environmental Campaigns)who are best known for the ‘Keep Britain Tidy’ campaign to carry out a research study investigating the links between local environmental quality (LEQ) and economic development.

The research study aimed to identify and demonstrate how changes in local environmental quality can impact upon economic development. A scoping committee of key stakeholders was established to help guide the study.

DC Research worked in partnership with the Centre for Regional Economic Development at the University of Cumbria to deliver this project.
