Lincolnshire Heritage Service Review

DC Research was appointed by the Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire (HTL) in September 2013 to review their delivery of the Heritage Service for Lincolnshire, and undertake scoping work examining future options for sustainability for the service.

The review included independently assessing, verifying the impacts that the Heritage Service has generated, showcasing its key achievements, and demonstrating how it has helped to contribute to, and deliver, wider priorities for Lincolnshire County Council and other partners. The review highlighted how delivering the service has helped Heritage Lincolnshire grow its reputation for excellence as a leading heritage organisation both in Lincolnshire and further afield.

At the same time, DC Research also reviewed the HLF funded Lincolnshire Heritage at Risk Project for HTL. Click here to download the final review report.
