Economic Impact Assessment of Boots Corner and King’s Quarter Schemes

DC Research was appointed by Cheltenham Borough Council, Gloucester City Council and Gloucestershire County Council to estimate the potential economic impacts of the Boots Corner and King’s Quarter Schemes to support a Local Sustainable Transport Fund (Tranche 2) bid to the Department for Transport, and more generally to provide evidence around the case for the development.
